It is a standard plan for Sperm cryopreservation. (Stored for 1 year) Enrollment Fee
This is an Enrollment only plan.
 
A fee in the amount of $1280 per person is payable upon your enrollment. 
 
Enrollment Fee  $ 1.280(Only during the campaign period)
It is a plan with only collection kit, shipping fee, inspection cost ($1.280). 
 
Please note that cryopreservation and freezing processing costs + annual storage costs are not included.(* Caution * Please note that the cost of producing stem cells is not included.)
 
This amount is nonrefundable and includes a registration fee, tissue sample kit, shipping costs and cell sample Inspection test.
 
After ordering, we will send you a kit. 
 
When the kit arrives, the client should collect the menstrual blood in a container and ship it. As soon as the kit arrives, we will promptly carry out various tests for viruses and bacteria.
 
* Please note that we may refuse cryopreservation if your cells are already infected with a virus or bacteria or have a gene mutation as a result of the test.
 
After inspection, the tissue can be cryopreserved if there are no problems. We will notify you of the result by email. Next, if you wish to freeze, please email us within one week after receiving the result notification email. At the same time, you will be required to pay the freezing process + cryopreservation fee.
