It will be a Sperm bank  cryopreservation plan of individual preservation plan. (Stored for 10 years)
 
It is a plan to store important cells individually in a cryopreserver different from other customers' cells. In general, cryopreservation is cryopreserved in the same cryopreserver as many other cells, but this plan is an individual preservation plan in which privacy is firmly protected.
 
It is a plan with only collection kit, shipping fee, inspection cost　（165,000円）, processing cost (80.000 yen) + 10-year storage cost (55,000,000円　 yen). (* Caution * Please note that the cost of producing stem cells is not included.)
 
After ordering, we will send you a kit. After the kit arrives, Sperm bank  will be collected in a container and shipped. Upon arrival, we will promptly carry out various tests for viruses and bacteria.
 
* Please note that we may refuse cryopreservation if your cells are already infected with a virus or bacteria or have a gene mutation as a result of the test.
 
* We will notify you by email after the cryopreservation is completed. *
 
In the 9th year and 11th month, we will send you a renewal request document by e-mail, so please be sure to select whether you wish to renew and reply.
